    Anne-Marie is an LCC Founding Member with over 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications roles. Anne-Marie currently leads digital marketing and communications at Value Retail’s Bicester Village, and prior to this held a number of senior marketing roles at Harrods, Galeries Lafayette and Mulberry.

  • Chief Communications Officer

    Anouska is a global communications professional with over 25 years’ experience in brand and communications directorship roles at high-profile businesses including Tesla, Facebook, Disney and Microsoft, and now Soho House.

  • Global Brand Director

    Christopher’s long career in sales and marketing at Vivienne Westwood saw him promoted to his current role as the iconic fashion house’s Global Brand Director in 2018.

  • Vice President, Luxury Brands & Communications EMEA

    Helen has 20 years’ experience in luxury travel communications, and spent 10 years as Regional Communications Director at Starwood Hotels. She joined Marriott International - the world’s largest hotel group - in 2017, with her remit recently expanding to include Marriott's EMEA Luxury Brands portfolio, in addition to her role as Vice President of Communications for the region .

  • Head of Corporate Communications

    Hester has over 15 years’ experience in corporate communications, both in-house and agency side, across luxury retail, tech and finance. She previously spent eight years as Global PR Manager at Capgemini.

  • Director of Marketing

    A member of the Boodles family, James has spent the majority of his career at the fine jewellery brand, originally managing its Harrods boutique before moving into his current role as Marketing Director and Board member in 2011.

  • Senior Marketing Director

    Kelly has two decade’s experience in marketing and communications at luxury fashion houses, including Stella McCartney, Anya Hindmarch and Jimmy Choo.

  • Assistant Vice President, Corporate Communications

    Laura's career has focused on corporate communications in luxury hospitality in the UK, Middle East and Australia. Prior to her current role at Shangri-La, Laura held senior roles at Pan Pacific and InterContinental Hotel Group.

  • External Affairs Director (UK & Ireland)

    Maria has led Estée Lauder's UK corporate press office and external communications for the past eight years. She began her career agency-side at Burson-Marsteller, and has also spent time involved in government policy focused on climate change.

  • Chief Marketing Officer

    Matteo has 20 years’ experience in building brands and strategy, both agency-side and in-house at luxury businesses including Paul Smith, Bottega Veneta, and - most recently - VistaJet. He is also a Professor of Luxury Business Development at the International University of Monaco.

  • Head of Communication & Content

    An LCC Founding Member, Nicky has led Communications at Christie's for the past six years. Prior to joining Christie’s, Nicky spent 13 years at Condé Nast as Communications Director, and Director of Press & PR for Britain.

  • Champagne & Prestige Director

    Rachel joined LVMH in 2016 as marketing manager for Veuve Clicquot, and is now Champagne and Prestige Director for all of LVMH’s luxury flagship brands including Moët & Chandon, Krug, Veuve Clicquot, Hennessy and Château d'Yquem.

  • Global Head of Communications

    Rafaela's luxury marketing and communications career has spanned 18 years and multiple brands, including time spent at Burberry in both London and Brazil, as well as Bally and De Beers.

  • Executive Vice President, Communications

    Susannah has over 20 years’ experience in strategic communications, and has spent the last six years in senior roles at FARFETCH. Susannah has worked both agency side and in-house, including stints at King Digital Entertainment and EQT Ventures.
